NBSC FACULTY EARNS SLOT IN BAGANI LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Representing Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) on the national stage, Mr. Melven I. Valmoria, MSc., has earned a coveted spot in the BAGANI: Rising Leaders Development Program Open Learning Track. The Development Academy of the Philippines’ (DAP) choice highlights the Department of General Education Curricula (DGEC) faculty member’s proven dedication to public sector innovation and sustainable community impact.
As a self-paced nationwide online training initiative, the BAGANI Open Learning Track focuses on sharpening core leadership and governance competencies through a series of four specialized courses. The program equips emerging leaders with the necessary framework to engage effectively with the public sector and contribute to nationwide development while maintaining conceptual coherence across key thematic areas.
This milestone is poised to significantly enrich the academic and institutional environment at NBSC. The advanced governance frameworks and strategic problem-solving skills Mr. Valmoria stands to acquire will directly inform the design of future initiatives, inspire public-oriented studies, and encourage creative methodologies within the College. Embedding these insights into the faculty roster further strengthens NBSC’s capacity to generate impactful knowledge and pioneer evidence-based responses to evolving societal needs.
